7-day money-back guarantee

All paid GLORIOUSS IPTV plans can be refunded within 7 days of purchase if the service is not right for you.

What is covered

This policy applies to paid IPTV subscriptions (3, 6 and 12-month plans) purchased through GLORIOUSS on iptv-tjeneste.com. The free 24-hour trial is not charged and therefore not eligible for a refund.

Eligibility

You may request a refund within 7 calendar days of your paid activation if channels, apps or stability do not meet your expectations — after you have contacted us so we can try to resolve setup issues first.

How to request a refund

Contact us on WhatsApp or by email with your order email, plan length and a short reason. Use the same contact details shown in the footer: gloriouss.service@gmail.com or our WhatsApp number. We confirm eligibility and next steps in writing.

Processing time

Approved refunds are returned to the same payment method you used (PayPal, bank transfer, Western Union, Binance Pay or crypto). Processing usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your payment provider.

Fair use

Refunds may be declined in cases of repeated trial abuse, chargeback fraud or clear violation of fair-use terms. We aim to be fair — most legitimate requests within 7 days are approved after a brief review.
